Dajia Riverside Park Area 大佳河濱公園區

Dajia Riverside Park covers an area of 420 000 meter squares and accompanies the Keelung River. As one of the landmarks of Taipei city, located in the midst of Taipei. Dajia Riverside Park has become one of the most important facilities in the project to straighten the river and solve the problem of Keelung River overflowing. A large scale of grass field featuring all sorts of sport arenas that stretches across the horizon and make you feel as if you have entered a green point with an amazing water fountain with waterspouts reaching to a height of 75 meters. The magnificent view and sound of water shooting upwards creating beautiful patterns in the sky will pleasure your senses.

During the 2010 Taipei Int’l Flora Exposition, Dajia Riverside Park will feature two flower display areas and one Aquatic Stage.

Taiwan Flower Area
Taiwan Flower Area will be focusing on “Riverside Leisure”, featuring a variety of Taiwan’s native plants and flowers designed to stimulate the senses of visitors.

Aquatic Stage
Aquatic Stage has the shape and size which can be adjusted to accommodate various activities and shows with variations of lighting effects as well as fireworks display, making outdoor performances spectacular.

Sea of Flowers
Sea of Flowers creates a magnificent view with a wide, uninterrupted display of colorful flowers arranged in different patterns.

By MRT:
1. Take MRT Danshui line(捷運淡水線) to Yuanshan Station(圓山站), transfer bus route 102, 103 to No.9 water gate Dajia Elementary School stop(9號水門大佳國小站).
