Definitions
This Website provides travel information and travel-related products to customers. The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Sinotour.com. The term "you" refers to the customers visiting the Website and/or booking a reservation through us on this Website. We reserve the right at any time, at our sole discretion, to change or otherwise modify the Agreement without prior notice, and your continued access or use of this Website signifies your acceptance of this Agreement.
Prepaid Reservations
The contents and information on this Website, including, but not limited to, prices and availabilities of the travel-related products, as well as the infrastructure used to provide such contents and information, are proprietary to us or our suppliers and providers. For purchasing travel-related products, you acknowledge that Sinotour.com facilitates such booking of reservations on your behalf at certain room rates offered by the hotel suppliers and authorize Sinotour.com to book the reservations for the total reservation price. You agree that your credit card will be charged by Sinotour.com for the total reservation price. Upon submitting your reservation request you authorize Sinotour.com to facilitate hotel reservations on your behalf, including making payment arrangements with hotel suppliers. You may cancel or change your prepaid hotel reservation, but you will be charged and agree to pay the cancellation/change fee indicated in the terms and regulations in the hotel reservation confirmation. You agree to abide by the terms and conditions, if any, imposed with respect to your prepaid hotel reservations.
Use of the Website
As a condition of your use of this Website, you warrant the following:
- You are at least 18 years of age and you possess the legal authority to create a binding legal obligation;
- You will use this Website in accordance with this Agreement;
- You will only use this Website to make legitimate reservations;
- All information supplied by you on this Website is true, accurate, current and complete,
We retain the right at our sole discretion to deny access to anyone to this Website and the services we offer, at any time and for any reason, including, but not limited to, for violation of this Agreement.
Bank and Credit Card Fees
Most banks and credit cards do impose fees for international transactions. Your bank may convert the payment amount to your local currency and charge you a conversion fee. In the event of cancellation and refund, a foreign transaction fee may also be assessed. Since Sinotour.com charges only in TWD, the currency exchange rate and foreign transaction fee are determined solely by your bank on the day that they process the transaction. If you have any questions about these fees or the exchange rate applied to your booking, please contact your bank.
General
This Website is operated by a Taiwan entity and this Agreement is governed by the laws of the government of Taiwan, Republic of China. If any part of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions will not in any way be affected or impaired. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
